Thorough scheduling and cost estimating at the outset, which can be all completed in house as our Team is able to provide the upgrade process with little disruption to the Tenants. |

| Our leasing group provides excellent results in leasing and renewals. No transaction is too complex for us to undertake, and we provide skilled advice and input to owners at every stage of the process. Working closely with property managers and our tenant service data, our leasing group will ensure successful renewal negotiations with in-place tenants. |

| New tenant coordination |
| We pay particular attention to ensure that new tenants feel at home, even before they move into our buildings. Property management and leasing teams work closely together to ensure effective contact and a smooth transition to their new premises. |
| Lease administration |
| Our lease administrators prepare and attend to execution of all leases. All pertinent details are captured, summarized and entered into our computer systems. |
